I’m Dr Kaveh Navab (he/him), a 41 year old man born and raised in the Culver City area of Los Angeles, California. I am blessed beyond words to have a healthy, loving wife and 4 month old baby girl. She’s our first and we’re so grateful for her existence!

By day, I'm a board certified heart transplant anesthesiologist at Cedars-Sinai in West Hollywood in Beverly Hills. As lucky as I feel to have found this first super cool and adventurous career- there is another second identity and career that I'm just as proud of.

As a life coach, it’s my job and pleasure to explain to you in a simple and fun way how to let understanding happen, to notice resistance as it gets triggered and- as you start to lose interest, or get mad at me to keep you on the path to getting what you want!
